The Rotary Club of Mumbai Mahim (RCMM) continues to make a difference in lives through impactful grassroots initiatives. Recently, RCMM donated a sewing machine to Ms. Aditi Jadhav from Parel, enabling her to become self-reliant and support her family financially. Aditi comes from a humble background and stays in a chawl in Lower Parel. She is a student of Kirti College. She does not want her family to get burden with her college fees; she has leant tailoring. Along with her studies she will earn the money by taking up stitching work. Recognizing her need and potential, Rtn. Shaila identified her as a deserving beneficiary. The sewing machine was handed over to Aditi on 11th September, 2025 by PR Shaila and Rtn. Lalit. This small yet significant support is expected to give wings to Aditi’s aspirations. A heartfelt thank you to PR Shaila’s friend who generously donated towards sewing machine.
